Cancel before pickup for a refund minus the card processing fee. New bikes can be returned within 24 hours of pickup, in new condition, with a 15% restocking fee. Pre-owned bikes are final sale.
Bikes Bought on Our Website
Only bikes can be bought on our website right now. You pay online and pick the bike up at our shop in Anthem. These terms apply to website orders, even though pickup is in store.
- Changed your mind before pickup: contact us before you pick up the bike and we will refund your card, minus the card processing fee.
- New bikes after pickup: you can return a new bike within 24 hours of pickup, in new condition. A 15% restocking fee applies. Every returned bike is inspected, and a return may be refused at the owner’s discretion.
- Pre-owned bikes: sold as is. No returns.
- Paid but never picked up: we will keep trying to reach you. If we cannot, we will refund your card, minus the card processing fee, and return the bike to the sales floor.
In-Store Purchases
- Bikes: returnable within 24 hours of purchase, in new condition, with a 15% restocking fee. Every returned bike is inspected, and a return may be refused at the owner’s discretion.
- Everything else: returnable within 5 days with proof of purchase.
- Repairs: storage is $3 a day starting 5 days after the repair is complete and we have called you or left a voicemail. A bike that is not paid for and picked up within two months becomes shop property.
