Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-20

By using sunsetcycleryaz.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Buying on This Site

You can buy bikes through this Site and collect them at our shop in Anthem. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we confirm your order by email, and that is when the sale is made.

We try to keep prices, product details and availability accurate, but errors happen. If an item was listed at the wrong price, or is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Trail information and other general content on the Site can change at any time, so please confirm details with us before relying on them.

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure page hosted by them. We do not receive or store your card number.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunset Cyclery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
